UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship directly from our warehouse at Tanfield Lea Industrial Estate to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.

• Standard Delivery (Orders under £40): £2.99 (2–4 working days after dispatch)

• Free Standard Delivery (Orders £40 and over): FREE (2–4 working days after dispatch)

Processing & Dispatch

• Dispatch Window: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

• Tracking: Once your order leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress.

Packaging Note To ensure your pre-owned boots arrive safely, they will be shipped either in their original box (if pictured in the listing) or in a secure replacement packaging to protect them during transit.

Delivery Issues & Inquiries If your tracking status shows no updates after 5 working days from dispatch, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@replayfootball.co.uk with your order number so we can look into it right away.
